Doug holds a degree in government and public policy from the University of Baltimore. In the past 10 years, he has worked with former Harford County Executive David Craig, Delegate Kathy Szeliga and Councilman David Marks. Additionally, Doug has nearly 20 years’ experience in a wide range of strategic positions in the telecom and broadband industry. Several of those years were self-employed, which gives him a perspective on the challenges faced by local business due to excessive regulation.
As the Senior Council Assistant, Doug spends a fair amount of time in Towson handling legislation and policy research. He is also the point of contact for our community association leaders.
Ron was born and raised in Dundalk, a graduate of Dundalk High. Before retiring in 2008, he spent 40 years with General Motors where he held multiple positions, including as an elected UAW Representative. Ron is also an involved Mason.
Originally retired in 2012, Cleo rejoined the workforce and came on-board with Team Crandell after spending 35 years in various office environments. Cleo has lived in Dundalk for almost 30 years and has six grandchildren.
